Return & Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return/cancel your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

Our Return policy lasts 3 days.
Return policy lasts 3 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It
must also be in the original packaging with tags.
If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/refund

We do not accept:
Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.
No exchange for Lingerie, intimates, underwear, and other essential and basic items.


Request for a Return

  1. Request your return.
    Go to order history in my account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
  1. Box up your products
    Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging.
  2. Hand over your return
    Our courier partner may take 2-3 business days to pick it up. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.
  3. Receive your refund.
    We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account within 7-10 business days.
    If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive it back to Nuego Wallet, which you can use for your next purchase.
    Please note Shipping charges are not refundable, but for faulty and damaged items shipping charges will be refunded.
  4. Easy and Free Returns
    You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs (ref point#4).
  5. Exchange of Orders:
    As of now we don’t provide exchange of products, but you can always return and purchase a new one.
  6. Order Cancellation:
    You can cancel your order at any point of time, as long as the order is not shipped from the warehouse.
    You can always check the order status using Track your order option on our website.

Cancellation policy is not applicable for COD Orders.

Cancellation policy is applicable only to prepaid orders.

Go to Order History in My Account, and place a cancellation request. You can either proceed with partial order cancellation or initiate a complete order cancellation as per your wish.

Once we acknowledge your order cancellation request, We will credit your refund to your card or bank account in 7-10 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

The refunded amount may take 7-10 business days from the date of initiation of the refund to reflect in the bank account/Credit card/wallet.

Refunds (net of any additional charges applied on account of return ) shall be made to the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased, using the same payment mode. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the product at Nuego warehouse.

If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive it back to Nuego Wallet, which you can use for your next purchase.

Please note Shipping charges are not refundable, but for faulty and damaged items shipping charges will be refunded.

In the event of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customers have the option to raise a chargeback with their bank if the refund amount does not reflect within 15 days from the date of initiating the refund.

However, we request the customers to reach out to us first for any queries and speedy resolution on any payment/ refund concerns.
